Ward was born in MonroeLouisianaon April 15,1976. Monroe Christian School was her private Christian primary school. In her secondary educationWard was a student at Ouachita Parish High School, but she transferred in River Oaks High School on the summer after her junior year. She was on the dance and drill team. She was a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree. Ward dropped out at 13 and moved into New York so that she could start modeling. She had the idea to attempt acting in the following years. In the 1970s, Ward played a minor role uncredited in the soap opera daytime All My Children. Then she was cast in a role that lasted only a few minutes on NBC's primetime teen-drama Malibu Shores. The morning soap Sunset Beach cast Ward as the virgin Meg Cummings in late 1996. In 1999 she started a film career and starred in The In Crowd as psychotic Brittany Foster. The film was not a huge movie in theaters however, it was a huge success with home-video and cable. Ward appeared as a guest on Shallow Hal - a smash movie the following year. Other credits for her acting include several direct-to DVD films as well as the role of a guest on TV series, such as Friends. The character as Chloe Kmet was hers in 2009 as she was the mother of a girl on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. As for her personal life, she is married to David C. Robinson. Together they have Cameron.
